The Project

Through this blog I want to explore the idea of self-love and the many paths one can take on their journey to finding that love, both traditional and nontraditional. I  want to explore how healthy lifestyle choices, a positive attitude and non-judgmental nature can enhance your life. Some questions I would like to address through this project are;

Is depression a generational issue?

How can we overcome fear to meet opportunity?

How does meditation work?

How does yoga create a path to self enlightenment?
